My weblog, and F4B, run on ATL Networks servers. It's only $30/year. I've had very little downtime, and their tech support is excellent. I usually get feedback from tech support in an hour or two, even late at night or on weekends.

ATL Networks has taken a turn for the worse. Two weeks ago, the server F4B runs on crashed. Not only did ATL not restore it, their tech support didn't even respond to my emails until I sent them a notice to cancel my accounts.

F4B is now running on a new web host, 1&1.
